Film By The Master Roll
Jumbo Rolls are stretch film supplied at full extruded width, before slitting. They are produced for converters, slitters and distributors who cut their own hand and machine rolls, and for large end users who prefer to buy film upstream of the rewinding step.
Every jumbo is wound on a heavy-duty core to a consistent diameter and tension, so it mounts and unwinds cleanly on a slitter-rewinder without telescoping. Gauge is held to a tight tolerance across the full web, which is what determines whether the finished slit rolls all carry the metreage printed on their labels.
Width, gauge, roll weight, core size and cling configuration are all built to your specification — send us the finished roll you need to produce and we will quote the master roll that yields it with the least trim waste.

Available Colours
Jumbo rolls are produced in the full colour range, pigmented at extrusion so the colour is already locked into the web before you slit it — it survives conversion unchanged, and will never rub or transfer onto the goods your customer wraps.
Standard colours are produced routinely and carry the normal minimum order. Colours marked to order, and any bespoke tint, need a dedicated production run — the minimum is higher and the shade is matched against a sample before we schedule it. Opacity, gauge and stretch performance are held level with the clear grade in every colour.

A master roll is built to your conversion line, not to a catalogue. Specify the option set with the core and web width and we extrude it to match.
