High-Tension PET Strapping, Built For The Line
High-Tension PET Strapping is built with a higher break strain than our standard General Purpose PET Strapping, at comparable widths, for loads where a strapping failure isn't an option — dense palletized goods, timber bundles, metal coil packs and export loads that see rough handling in transit.
It is designed to be applied with a battery or pneumatic tensioner to reach its full rated tension, giving a tighter, more stable unit load than hand-tensioned strapping can achieve on heavier goods.

Applications
Available Colours
The high-tension grade is produced in green and black. Because it looks identical to a lighter strap once applied, many sites reserve one colour exclusively for it so the rated grade is never in doubt on the pallet.
Colour is added to the melt during extrusion, so it runs through the full section of the strap rather than sitting on the surface — it cannot scuff off against a carton or a forklift tine. Standard colours carry the normal minimum order; a bespoke shade needs a dedicated run and is matched against a sample first. Break strain, elongation and weld quality are held level across every colour.
