Shrink Film

Three grades of heat-shrink film — centre-fold, polyolefin and LDPE — for multi-pack bundling, retail packs, pallet hooding and tamper-evident wrapping. One of our two core film lines, supplied in bulk across Nigeria and for export.

Overview

Shrink Film, Built For The Line

Shrink Film is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film that draws tight around a product or bundle under heat, giving a clean, tamper-evident finish that still shows off packaging and branding underneath.

Supplied flat, centrefolded or gusseted, and made to size for the job — from small multi-pack bundles to full pallet hoods — it's a practical way to unitize and protect goods without the bulk of a carton.

Why It Works

Key Features

Clean, tight finish

Shrinks close to the product profile while keeping branding visible.

Tamper-evident

A shrunk seal shows clearly if a multi-pack has been opened or interfered with.

Pallet hooding option

Made-to-size hoods add weather resistance for outdoor or yard storage.

Made-to-size widths

Sizing film to the job reduces material waste versus stock-width film.

Built To Your Specification

Shrink film is specified around the pack and the machine that seals it. These are the variables open to you across all three grades.

Printed Film Your mark or a handling instruction repeated down the web, subject to order volume.
One- Or Two-Side Cling Two-side grips irregular loads harder; one-side stops neighbouring pallets sticking together.
Custom Core & Width Built to the core diameter, web width and roll weight your equipment is already set up for.
Heavy-Duty Gauge Thicker construction for sharp-edged, protruding or unusually dense loads.
The Range

Three Grades Of Shrink Film

Centre-fold, polyolefin and LDPE cover the full span from a glass-clear retail pack to a weatherproof pallet hood. Start from the pack and the machine you run it on.
