Embossed PET Strapping, Built For The Line
Embossed PET Strapping is finished with a woven, embossed surface texture rather than a smooth face. That texture gives buckles, friction-weld joints and tensioning wheels more to grip onto, which matters on lines running dense or vibration-heavy loads where a joint slipping is not an option.
It carries a higher break strain than standard General Purpose PET Strapping at comparable widths, and holds its tension well as a load settles during transit — a common cause of strapping loosening with lower-grade material.

Applications
Available Colours
The embossed grade is produced in green and black. The textured face reads slightly matt against a smooth strap of the same colour, which is itself a useful way to tell the two grades apart on a rack.
Colour is added to the melt during extrusion, so it runs through the full section of the strap rather than sitting on the surface — it cannot scuff off against a carton or a forklift tine. Standard colours carry the normal minimum order; a bespoke shade needs a dedicated run and is matched against a sample first. Break strain, elongation and weld quality are held level across every colour.
