Pre-Cut PET Strapping, Built For The Line
Pre-Cut PET Strapping is supplied pre-cut to length — or in small hand-tool coils — so packing stations can pick up a strapping and go, with no cutting or measuring on the floor. This reduces material waste from over-cutting and keeps manual stations moving quickly.
It suits environments where volumes don't justify a full machine coil: repair and maintenance bundling, low-volume dispatch, or back-of-store packing where a manual buckle tool does the job.

Applications
Available Colours
Pre-cut lengths are supplied in green, black and natural. Where a station runs more than one cut length, a colour per length is the fastest way to stop the wrong strap being picked up.
Colour is added to the melt during extrusion, so it runs through the full section of the strap rather than sitting on the surface — it cannot scuff off against a carton or a forklift tine. Standard colours carry the normal minimum order; a bespoke shade needs a dedicated run and is matched against a sample first. Break strain, elongation and weld quality are held level across every colour.
