Steel-Replacement PET Strapping, Built For The Line
Our wide-format Steel-Replacement PET Strapping are engineered to take over jobs traditionally done with steel strapping — bundling steel, masonry units, timber and crated machinery — without the rust, sharp edges and handling weight that come with steel coil.
Because PET stretches slightly and recovers, it keeps working tension on a load as it settles in transit, where steel strapping can loosen or the load can shift. It is also considerably lighter to handle, store and freight than an equivalent steel strapping coil.

Applications
Available Colours
Supplied in green and black. On a site changing over from steel, a single dedicated colour makes the transition auditable — every strapped load can be identified as polyester from the aisle.
Colour is added to the melt during extrusion, so it runs through the full section of the strap rather than sitting on the surface — it cannot scuff off against a carton or a forklift tine. Standard colours carry the normal minimum order; a bespoke shade needs a dedicated run and is matched against a sample first. Break strain, elongation and weld quality are held level across every colour.
